User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOk so I got pizza this weekend and I was very dissatisfied. I understand on weekends delivery is probably a bit slower, but it talking over an hour?!? C'mon! I have ate pizza a lot of times in my 43 yrs. and this was ridiculous. Not to mention when I FINALLY got my pizza it was cold. The toppings were generic and the dough wasn't as good. I will be spreading the word not to eat there again. I hope the owners read this b/c this should be a wake-up call. CHANGE your products! If you are going to charge as much as you do at least make sure the quality is there ok?

I would have to disagree with the above reviews. The service is very slow. I called in a pizza order and it didnt get to my home until a good hour and a half later. On top of that the order was wrong. Very displeased with this store especially since I heard it was great pizza. Everything here is pretty generic. Might as well order from pizza hut or dominos, at least they are cheaper.

Being one who road trips often, we happen to find ourselves in Norwalk, Oh on our way home. After much debate on what to eat for dinner we had our G.P.S. system search for local pizza places. We decided on Pizza Cravin' for it's tasty name. Having never been there before we asked Not an Amanda but a Meg what was good, to which she told us everything was. She then proceeded to make us one of the tastiest Cheese Burger Pizzas we have ever had. It comes with mayo on it, which at first was an idea a little to foreign for me, but i'm very glad I tried it. I don't usually eat mayo at all. This pizza though it didn't have any other sauce on it was still amazingly, not dry. The employee was not only knowledgeable about the menu and products the company sold, but she was helpful, friendly, and even able to tell us where the closest Wii Fii hot spot was. For all these reasons and probably some others I didn't think of in time to post this, we award Pizza Cravin' a five star rating. Good Work!!! Keep up the Excellence.

I am Sooo Sorry! We sold our business over a year ago to a couple that already owned a Business in Wakeman. We really thought they would do a great job...boy were we WRONG!!! They changed everything! They still owe us thousands of dollars so we keep in touch.. We TRY to make them understand why we carried the expensive brands, why we sent postcards, why we cared! We finally got them to hire our old manager. Jen works very hard to get our old product back in. She has big shoes to fill and owners that are Tight-A** Our hearts break everytime we hear how horrible Pizza Cravin' is...we worked so hard! We had great employees, great food, great prices, great customers... We let everyone down by selling our shop! PLEASE FORGIVE US! They are running great coupons in the Town Money Saver. So please try them again...Jen has made many changes.
