    My family uses the Credit Union and has had nothing but positive results. Top Class service with discount fee's. Why would YOU not bank here?

    The credit union is operated by unionized employees under UAW Local 913, which is a plus over other banking institutions whose staff earn barely more than minimum wage. In addition to accounts being federally-insured, insurance is also purchased from Lloyds of London in the United Kingdom. As a result, depositers have an extra cushion of protection. Another plus is one free money order per accountholder per day. One caveat is that a minimum balance must be maintained or else account maintenance charges are assessed. In this regard, the federal savings and loan is a better place to keep a small savings account.
