    Terrible dealership

    My 2006 BMW died in my driveway, it would not start - I had it towed to Cain BMW. They replaced the battery ($470) and ran a diagnostic test - said that it was a bad battery. I paid for the car on a Sat morning but could not pick it up until Sunday evening. Unfortunately when I went to pick it up the battery was dead - again. They ran more diagnostics and after a week found out it was a parasitic draw from something in the door, meaning that something was malfunctioning and causing a draw on the battery.

    Based on the facts I concluded, as I was hoping they would, that the battery had been compromised because of the primary fault (the parasitic draw).

    I spoke to the service contact and said I said that I would split the cost of the battery since that was not the root cause (my car is under warranty). They agreed – when I showed up to get the bill adjusted they said that they were going to have to get the money refunded from BMW and I would have to wait.

    In reality I shouldn't have to pay for any of the battery the fact that they misdiagnosed it is not my liability (especially since it is under warranty).

    Oh did i mention my first bmw was stolen from their lot - they claimed no responsibility

    Cain BMW did a fantastic job on my BMW X3. Rob the service manager was outstanding they also provide me with a BMW 328i loaner... highly recommended service

    Awful service from a BMW garage rude disorganised staff, trying to rip you off now recommended. Not even offered a loaner car or drop off back to work
