Take your family!: It was a gray wet ugly day in Mid Ohio. Some of our kids wanted to get together with the family just for the fun of it, most the time it's a holiday, wedding, funeral, shower, anniversary, or birthday. It was decided bowling sounded like fun so we called around and found that most of the area lanes had started charging by the hour. There were nine of us, age 8 - 68, beginners, veterans and an old codger that hadn't been in a lane for at least 15 years. King Lanes still offered bowling by the game with discounts for students and seniors. The staff was friendly and helpful. No one tried to rush us or make us settle down. We had a blast! By the time we left it had even stoped raining. To top it off gasoline in Ashland was $.11 cheaper than at home. If your looking for an afternoon of reasonable family fun I highly recommend King Lanes.
