User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsWonderful family vacation! Friends of mine have visited both Kalahari and Great Wolf and preferred Great Wolf. Sometimes less, is best. It's definatley a great place for kids 13 and under. My child is 3 and I was very comfortable and she had a ball! The only disadvantage to staying here is that food is no longer available after 10p.m. Other than that, service was great and the facility was very clean and comfortable!

I have been to Great Wolf Lodge, Castaway Bay, and Kalihari. Great Wolf Lodge is the best hands down. The others can't compete with the water park.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsNeeds a Little Attention: We stayed in the summer of 2006. We would probably not stay there again. I think the best value would be to purchase a day pass and just use the park. The hotel itself has a really cute design idea and it is geared for kids under 12. However, if you are not a fan of taxidermied animals, than you best stay away from here as there are several on display. Not exactly P.C.
The food was average, we used the room service which was efficient.
There was a very strong musty/mildewy smell in the room and the hallways
