User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThis place is a joke!!! They caused me and my family so many headaches. They made mistakes on the banks behalf and didn't exactly want to admit it on more than one occassion. Was quite difficult to straighten out. My advice, STAY AWAY, there are much better and easier to work with institutions out there with many more perks and more accessible conveniences. Remember, they work for you, trusting them with your money is a courtesy, a choice. I guess if your not exactly wealthy, even moderately, they don't care. Forget talking to anyone high up, you get no where but right back where you started.

Small town bank, Small town politics,and way over secure. What takes 10 minutes to do at most banks takes 35-40 minutes at this bank. Not to mention the extra "required" paperwork.
