The customer service sucks. Do not use . Lora a "manager" or so she calls herself , Im not to sure about that, hangs up on you numerous times as you are trying to make your case. she doesnt want to hear what you are saying. Apparantly customer service is not their forte'. Apparantly you need to read every bit of your reciept because the back says one thing then the front says to disregard that. Apparantly they can't afford new reciepts they put on the front to disregard the back. How rididculous is that? So even though they weree returned, albiet late, I admit that, I was then charged the "selling price" which is 14.95 each.previous policy states that when you return these you will get e refund less restocking fee. Now they charge you after 10 days and youve bought them. Tough luck. And there only returnable if they are defective. I will not be patronizing them anymore and I advise you not to also.
