User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have been to many Olive Gardens, but this one in particular left me bitter. My daughter, sister, and I were seated but didn't get waited on for about 10 minutes. We sat there and watched 2 other tables get waited on, and we haven't even received our drinks. It was an awful experience, and I love Olive Garden. The waitress wasn't a trainee, nor were they busy! We did end up leaving upset and disappointed. I hope that nobody has to experience this, and management recognizes theres a problem early on.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsMy family and I have enjoyed many lunches and dinners at the Olive Garden in Fairfield. We're always greeted courteously, servers have always been friendly and excellent in serving. The food is always hot and delicious. The salad and breadsticks are one of our favorites and we enjoy 2nds and 3rds!
User Rating: 2 out of 5 stars5-04-08 We were told there would be a 25 min. wait. After 40 minutes we complained and were seated at a table for 4 (there were 5 of us) with a seat at the end of the table (crowded conditions esp. with the big dishes they use). Our waitress, would disappear for large amounts of time and forget to bring refills, etc. Overall, I've had MUCH better experiences there. I ended up missing an appt. that I would have easily made had we been seated when told and had reasonably attentive service.
