Do not get your car serviced at Performance Toyota. Your car will be worse off that when you pulled in. They will tear your car up, then over price the fee to fix it. A simple oil change will turn into a leak. They do not top off fluids which suppose to be a part of an oil change. Be sure to check to see if you even get an oil change. I had rotors sanded down, and they forgot to mention that they went to deep. They put them back on and sent me out the door. Poor service is what you get. And watch if you buy a used car. Be sure to check and see what river they pulled it out of or what accident it was in. Buyer beware!
The service techs are unqualified and the service managers lie to protect their inefficiencies. The managers are poor and racist. The women that work their are just as seedy. They have a smile on their face, but all the time they are backstabbers.
The salesman I worked with was rude, argumentative and very unprofessional. When I brought up the Consumer Reports pricing guidelines for the car I was looking at, he basically yelled at me and told me it was a bunch of BS and Consumer Reports doesn't know anything about selling a car. When we were off by less than $500 on the price of the car, he began to argue with me as to why I wouldn't make the deal over $500. When I turned the question around on him as to why they wouldn't make the deal over $500, he couldn't give me an answer. In the end, I'm very happy that I did not make a deal here and found a much, much better deal at Kerry Toyota in Florence, KY.
I drive by this dealership every day and will never, ever consider purchasing a car there in the future.
They charged me $400 + dollars for my 30,000 mile checkup. Among other things, they told me that I had %20 left on my front brakes and that they changed my transmission fluid. This past weekend, 5 months later, I've just found out that they did not change my transmission fluid and that I have %35-40 left on my front brakes. I have yet to find out what else they didn't do. They clearly do not have any kind of quality assurance that will prevent them from charging you hundreds of dollars for things they didn't do.
