Best place for service anywhere. I eat there very often. Service is Fast, Fast ,Fast. You can drive in, eat and on your way in 15min if you like.
The owner is almost always there working and knows everyone.
This is THE SKYLINE CHILI to eat at in Cincinnati.

This place is great! 7 of us from work have been coming here every Wednesday for well over 10 years. The chili is great and the staff is like family. Quick and friendly service, all the time. I highly recommend this Skyline Chili restaurant over any other in the city. I'm sure any negative comment is a rare occurrence -I've got the experience there to prove it. Keep up the good work!

Went thru drive-thru, ordered a Garden Salad for lunch, came back to work and when I opened it it was awful. The lettuce was brown, water settled on the bottom of salad. Needless to say my luch was ruined. I called them up and explained to one person who then passed me on to, I guess the manager, I explained to him about my salad. He took my name, credited me a salad and RUSHED me off the phone by saying "Ok, I gotta go." Making me feel like I was not important as a customer. I work in customer service and I would never brush anyone off the way he did. I am very disappointed to say the least. I know it's only a salad but I do know a lot of people.
