User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWhile i was employed at pro care i was not only taught how to be a carpet technician i was treated like i was family. Tim and Wendy are by far the best employers Ive ever had!! There carpet cleaning techniques are bar none the best in the business. No one, AND i mean no one ive cleaned carpet with has even come close to them. They take pride in there business and there employees and it shows in every job they do. Ive have also been trained with a wand as well as the rx 20. With out a dought the rx 20 is by far superior to wand cleaning. Ive turned 20 year old carpet into carpet that looks almost new. Something Ive tried with a wand with no luck. I just want to thank you Wendy for showing me how to respect costumers and be proud of what i do not only on the job but life in general. Tim i want to thank you for having the patients to teach me a craft that has helped me have a future that otherwise was looking bleak for me. I only wish the best for you two and hope your kindness is paid back ten fold. Thank you

Pro Care Carpet Cleaning has changed my life! Not only are they the best cleaners in town, with the best technicians and techniques, they are also the nicest people I have met. They are true to their word and would do anything for anyone. Thanks so much Wendy and Tim!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHEY it was a great blessing to be employed by pro care at a time when a distant relationship between my daughter nikki lynn and myself was renewed after 12 years; tim &wendy kissel saw intrest in my problems!!! and helped, i was able to resolve the relationship plus have custody and from that time on my life has changed, i now reside on the island of maui and run a carpet cleaning biz of my own, with a wife and a new little girl Jessica Doty, as a testamony ,all good things come to those who love the lord, my many thanks to the kissel family and our lord above ..on this thanksgiving day 2007 stuck in paridise LARRY DOTY ALOHA!!!!!
