Comletely dissatisfied with this car dealership. I went with teh full intention of purchasing a used vehicle. First, the salesperson told me that I would not need any money down for this purchase. This ended up being completely untrue. Then, he narrowed the field of cars we could purchase to about 7, completely ruling out anything we wanted to look at that was not one of those 7 cars, citing reasons that made no sense. After we picked a car we liked, he went inside ot run the numbers and came out and told us that we could not get the car. This went on over and over until we were down to 3 cars. At this point he told us that the bank was sick of them running numbers and that if we did not make a choice, the bank would recind it's offer. We test drove 2 cars, both of which ran rough and had horrible allignment issues. One of them had body damamge as well. We were not happy with either car, but the saleman pressured us to buy. SO we picked the one of the two that ran the best and what a shock, we were told we couldn't buy that one either. Even though he had us test drive it and picked it HIMSELF as a car we could get. All that was left was a car that we were no happy with. The salesman tried to shame us into buying it, talking to us as if we were insane for not wanting the car. IT was clear he did not care what we were comfortable with, only with making the sale.
Add to this that the saleman had little knowledge of his own dealerships policies, he could not tell us anything about the warranty, or how the financing works, He blew off serious concerns with the cars as being "nothing". Everythine we asked for one of their mechanics to look over an issue before we made a decision, he told us that there was no one there to do that.
Finally, he showed us the numbers for the car and they were outrageous. The cars were used, but all priced 2000 to 3000 over the new sticker price. I had no understanding of this practice as I have never seen anything like it. Why would I pay 3000 dollars for a used car than I woudl pay for it new? He could not explain this to me.
This was an awful experience that led to me simply fixing my old car and deciding to wait. Probably a better decision overall.
AVIOD THIS DEALERSHIP. Maybe the new car sales are better, but the used cars sales are a SCAM. AVOID!!!!

100% unsatisfied with this dealership. I purchased a Nissan 350Z Enthusiast a little over a year and a half ago. Recently I had to take it in to have it worked on and was informed that my car was a base model. I contacted Nissan and they verified that my car was a base model not an Enthusiast. Nissan contacted Jeff Wyler to inform them of the issue and was given the run around and never able to speak to the appropriate person. I contacted this dealership for a matter of a month and a half before I was able to speak to someone. The dealership has refused to correct the paperwork on my car and will not refund the money that I paid extra on the car because of the make. I am stuck with a car that has fraudulant documents and will lose even more money when I go to trade it in because of the make. Do not go to this dealership they will say anything and will lie to make a quick sale.

After looking at several dealerships I settled with Jeff Wyler Eastgate because they offered the lowest price. I recently purchased a 2009 Kia Sportage and I couldn't be more happy with it. Internet salesman Kyle Cabeus helped me find the exact vehicle I was looking for, no frilles or hangups. It was the easiest and most hassle free deal I've ever made. I recommend Jeff Wyler Eastgate to anyone who is wanting to buy a new vehicle.
