The Bethel location is horrible, we ate there tonight. No one ever came to wait on us I have no idea why the have eat in service here. I had to finally go up and order our food myself. Then when we went to pay the bill we were overcharged for the foos ( come on 8 bucks for a small cheese stick!) when I asked for a reciept I was told there were some menus laying there I could take one of those for the pricing. That wasn't my point some people do still have expense accounts. Anyway after this experience there it will be the last time we ever eat there. What a shame also they knew when we called for delivery just exactly our address we ordered from here so much. The person at the register has no business in dealing with the public with her attitude, service does still count for something at least in our case it does. BOO!!!!!!
This is the owner oF Grammas Pizza in Batavia and thank you to a customer who called Amelia and told the manager, I wished you would have called me. I have been in business for 15 years. We are all owned by family. There are many employees who have been let go by us and i guess they need to get revenge. Actually these people need to become educated on certain diseases. No one handled food with HIV and Hiv is not contagious contact the Clermont County Board of Health and become educated because apparently your not.
Stop in and eat our great food, great taste and great pricing.
We all wear gloves and have a CLEAN establishment. Have a good day and we know who wrote this and our lawyer will contact you.
If you want food handled by someone who is hiv positive, than this is the place to eat. They knowingly allowed an individual to handle food on a regular basis, who is HIV positive. Doesn't seem too appetizing to me. And not to mention how rude the people are.
