The prices are insane, and they believe they should have unrestricted access to your yard. They never call before they come out. They refuse to schedule anything. You get a 3 day window, maybe. I frequently found the paperwork in my garage, so they aren't afraid to help themselves into my house either. A week after i cancelled, surpise! they came out while I was at work, put my dog in my garage while still on her chain, and took the tank. Very poor service, extremely poor price. Kerosene is much cheaper.
