Central Pastry is the place for all Middletonians! This is the place we have had our birthday cakes since our 1st birthday and beyond. It is rich and very sweet, you might need a shot of insulin after you it, but ut's worth it! The cakes are getting a little pricey because they know they are an institution.

TOO DRY!!: I have been a Central Pastry fan for all my life but everytime I get a cake of anything from there it is sooooo dry and stale. You guys need to make your stuff more fresh cause by my word of mouth your loosing a lot of business!

A Middletown landmark...: Central pastry has been in business forever as a very small business. Their donuts are incredibly good, and they have all kinds of other things like cakes they can make. Service is great, and the workers are very polite.
