We have an open door policy and the dogs can go out side any time they like using a plastic flap door. We also have 4 1/2 acre yards for our guests to run and play in. We are fully climate controlled, heat and air conditioned resort. We never hose our kennels they are vacuumed and moped daily so no wet smelly floors. Less
