User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWent to get a hat cleaned and they shrunk it..Went back to discuss what happened and they said there were no directions and that they wouldn't do anything about it... They said to me when I brought it in that they clean hats all the time...Beware unless you have a hat too big and you want it smaller....
