User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOrdered a carb off www.needlawnmowerparts.com back on June 7th 09. The price was set and I paid roughly $75 via PayPal. A day later they tried to get another $20 bucks out of me stating their website pricing wasn't up to date. I refused and asked for them to compromise splitting the difference. They refused and stated that would refund my money. As of today I haven't seen a dime. They might have gone out of business since I can't get to their actual site http://www.shafferdirect.com. Wouldn't surprise me in the least with service like that. If they are still in business, I hope their building burns to the ground!
