User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have been a customer of movie gallery for years both in Georgetown and Mt. Orab but I have never experienced such dismal service as I did tonight. My husband and I had 4 movies to check out and I did not have my card or license since it was a spur of the moment idea to rent movies, and instead of asking my husband if he wanted to open an account, she said we couldn't rent the movies! Glad to know they are having such a booming business as to turn money away! I will never rent from there again and we all know how powerful word of mouth is....so I say good luck
