    My children and I have been going to Dr Shinkle for several years. Although the office and equipment seem a bit out dated, he is very professional and gentle and has what he needs to get the job done. The staff is friendly and helpful and truly seem to care. It is very easy to get an appointment and you even get to speak to an actual person instead of a computer when you call (a definate plus in my book). He gets you in and out relatively quickly and does not over book appointments. There is nothing in the office that is very "kiddie" but he is great with my kids. A word of warning, though. The office is located on the second floor of an old victorian style house. There is no elevator, it is NOT handicap or stroller accessible, and the stairway is narrow and steep, so not for elderly or those with knee problems. Overall am extremely please.

    I have experienced many dentists as I moved around the country. Dr. Shinkle is, by far, the most gentle dentist I have met. The dental work that he has done for my family has all been excellent. His relaxed pace, friendly manner, and gentle touch make him the best dentist I have found.

    I have been getting service from Dr. Shinkle for adleast six years and find his service wonderful. I now have my children attending for service. Highly recommended.
