I entered the store on December 5, 2008 and purchased a Bosch range and microwave. The salesman gave a quote sheet to me and stated that he would mail an invoice. I never received this paperwork. Pat also quoted delivery within a five to seven-day window. However, after numerous calls to the store, I was told that only the microwave was in stock. We picked up the microwave ourselves, almost a month after placing the original order. After many more phone calls, the range was finally delivered in January 2009. Again, I was told that an invoice would be mailed to me.
On December 5, I discussed payment terms with Pat. I was told that customary terms were one-half down and balance on delivery. I agreed and used a Visa card to make the down payment (which was to be recorded on that invoice I never received.) When the range finally arrived in January, I went to my purse and prepared to pay the balance due. The delivery man refused to take my payment. I expected to receive an invoice within a couple of days of delivery, not four months later!
I was quite impressed with the salesman's knowledge of the products. Because of the salesman and my desire to support local merchants, I had intended to be a repeat customer. For the following reason, this wonât happen:
⢠Not receiving an invoice until five months after the placement of my initial order and down payment
⢠My first invoice displays the word âduplicateâ
⢠Having to call your store repeatedly to receive a status on my order rather than the store keeping me informed
⢠Leaving messages that were not returned
I would like to thank the staff at Aztec Appliance for a job well done. I needed a new Refrigerator for a new home I just moved to. I shopped at both Sears and Home Depot when my co-worker told me about Aztec Appliance and that they had bought all of their Appliances at Aztec. I had a very knowledgeable salesperson that help me. The prices were better than Sears and Home Depot. I was very happy with the selection and prices and also decided to buy a new Washer and Dryer. Aztec delivered the Appliances the next day and I was equally impressed with the Delivery drivers. Thank for your good service. Joseph
Appliances With The Best Service: This place blows Sears, HH Gregg, and Best Buy away. The prices are even less and you certainly cannot beat the service of the employees there! Nice place and showroom!

I think I would have been happy to receive an invoice five months after I purchased. Why would anyone have an issue with that? lol
