Amazing guy! After calling two other companies who claimed outrageous things were wrong, he diagnosed the issue and saved me tons of money and time. I recommend any one going to this company!

The best time getting my computer fixed i have ever had I first went to best buy(aka geek squad) to get my computer fixed and all they wanted to do was to wipe it out a load it agian not shoing any care for my data at all. So I told them know and decied to try someone els so I looked in the phone book and found Cincinnati PC Solutions when i called them up they said they could fix that and be able to keep all my data so I took it to thier shop and dropped it off and a half a day later it was finished I was so happy with them I whish I had gone to them instead of best buy
