Probably some of the best Italian food you will find in these parts, assuming you are from the east coast. That doesn't mean it measures up to NY or Phila, but it beats the locals, hands down.

yeah - lots of cash - last time I went there I was pleased with the food but not when I considered the tab. I mean I go to plenty of expensive places but I feel I get a bit more bang for my buck than I do here. It is fine food but not anything that I felt justified some of the prices. As for "authentic" that always cracks me up - we have a very small number of "authentic"-anything restaurants around here (I can think of perhaps 2 mexican places that are authentic, one or two japanese places, one chinese place and that's about it).... if authentic means "not olive-garden or fazollis" then yeah it is authentic...

This place is fabulous. Great wine selection. Flawless food. Atmosphere to spare. It's at its best on one of their "slower" nights - take a date and lots of cash. :)
