This place reopened as Molly Malone's. An authinic Irish Pub although the name is so common. Good staff, consistant kitchen. Good music on the weekends!
Dance a jig at The Dubliner: The Dubliner proved to be a quiet, friendly spot for a second date.
My date ordered the Fish 'n Chips -- a substantial piece of cod (I think) with the requisite fries which he sprinkled with malt vinegar (being the good, honest-to-goodness Irishman that he is). I ordered grilled salmon over salad which was quite tasty. The balsamic dressing was not too overbearing as it is in some restaurants.
There's a good beer selection, and you'll find a decent glass of wine here, too. If you're lucky, you'll dine or grab a beer at the bar on a night when there's Irish music playing. Call ahead to find out when this occurs.
Be careful when you head to the loo. The signs are in Gaelic, and I almost ended up in the men's room by mistake.
Love the Irish: Most authentic place you'll get short of being in the green Isle. Great beer selections on draft as well as in bottles. The authentic music is great as well as the fish and chips. Get there quick this weekend!
