   MoreOhio Math Works, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, is a multimedia project that shows students in grades 7, 8 and 9 how industry professionals use mathematics in their careers. Videos take students behind the scenes in companies and give them an opportunity to do the math-based tasks that are done by professionals on the job. Students are taught the math concepts they find most difficult to master under the state s ninth grade proficiency tests. The project is aimed at improving math literacy, student attitudes toward math, increase awareness of careers that use math, integrate educational technologies into the classroom and improve teachers attitudes toward technology.
