I definately believe they are they BEST! Mash potatoes are OUT OF THIS WORLD, and to comment on the person below, about them being runny, DUH thats because they are made that way..pureed I thik!! :) but remarkable, slightly high in cost, but SOOO worth it. Im not much of a fish person but, if you would love to try somhting great try halibat yucitan!! OMG!! It takes like chicken and its out of this WORLD!
I had not been here in a while so we decided to give it a try, last time was great. This time on the other hand was not so great, average at best. The service was terrific, and the margaritas are still excellent. The steak I had was good, but the legendary mashed potatoes were a little runny, good flavor though. We waited for a long time for our food, it was a Saturday night but not that busy. The prices are a little high compared to most of the Mexican places popping up all over the place. It is good but not as good as it used to be, could be the reason the business has dropped off. Hope they get back to what they used to be, I will try again some time later.
The food was average. The quacomole was plain and too salty. The chimichanga that I had was plain. Even the famous mashed potatoes were average. The banana cream pie was good and the Pecan chocolate pie was good. This resturant is not worth it's price.
