Big Apple Bagels

My wife and I have been going to Big Apple Bagels for years now and have never had a problem...up until this point. The last time we went in the older lady with glasses and short blonde hair who i was later told is always in a bad mood waited on us and was very nasty to me and my wife. She ripped the money out of our hands we gave her and actually cut the side of my hand with her long nail. She made both of our meals wrong and the bagel tasted like it was about 100 years old. She did not toast it or put half of the things we asked for on it. I told her we was going to report her but she said i don't care i'll never get fired from here. We were scared to tell the owner because we thought it wouldn't matter since she said that. We would not recommend going here as long as she is working because she was abusive and had an attitude you usually find at the bmv. DON'T EAT HERE!!!!!
