Springwater Sweets & Flowers

It started with an order for flowers for my Aunt in Cincinnati. I am in Florida.(I picked Springwater Sweets after looking up many florist)I wanted to add a balloon. I emailed this request then called the next day. He arranged the balloon and flowers and delivered them only to find no one home. He was told by someone that my Aunt was in a nursing home. I did not know this. Mr.M. emailed me the information concerning my Aunt and then delivered to her the next day. I was able to contact the home and talk with my Aunt. Mr.M. has left a trail of integrity. The home was blessed, my Aunt was in awe, I am in awe and blessed that Mr.M. went the extra mile to make my Aunt's birthday special. I have shared this story with others and I am asked, How did you find a florist who didn't sit the flowers on the steps and leave? I know the Lord had His pick. He chose Mr.M. and made him a blessing to many people. My Aunt was so pleased with the flowers. She said they were beautiful. Mr.M., There are not enough stars on the page for all you did in this order. Thank you very much. D.D.

5 star, A BIG thumbs up!!: Very sensitive to my needs, during a difficult time. So very helpful and QUICK. They were able to and willing to accomodate me in an extremely short time frame, and also reasonably priced. It meant alot to our family, particularly due to the fact that we are thousands of miles away and have a 3 hour time difference as well!
