User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAll I did was call to get a price and was treated very rudely. I won't give them a chance to get my business. Apparently, they don't understand the term, "customer service".
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsNice people, but service lacking: Went there to use their drop-off service. First time was great, had clothes back in 2 days (was over weekend). Second time was really poor. Clothes folded inside out - socks mismatched (obvious), and took 5 days to get clothes back. Probably won't be back.
