Can't begin to tell everyone how poor this bank is. They fail in every customer service category. As a long time customer, I am so glad to be getting out of this bank and into a more friendly, proficient financial organization. I would recommend ANY other bank to everyone. They are just too small, they don't understand what a customer is, and can't serve my needs. Go elsewhere

Great bank, Outstanding Service: Every time I go in they know who I am. We always get greated with a friendly smile. Feels like a small town bank that cares. Despite the fact that we run a business and have difficult to deal with (ridiculous amount of paperwork on our part) issues, they always make out like we're the best. A for Attitude!

poor service: I GO IN THERE ONCE A MONTH AND IM ALWAYS TREATED LIKE I STOLE THE CHECK I WORKED FOR.THEY WILL NOT CASH IT BEFORE CALLING THE OWNER OF THE CHECK.THEY SAY THEY ARE PROTECTING THERE ACCOUNTS AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY CHARGE $8.00.....IVE BEEN GOING THERE OVER A YEAR.
