BEST SERVICE LOAN AGENT - LOCAL IS BETTER ! -- -------- -- ----Cincinnati area is loaded with loan agents, and with today's technology, you can get a loan from agencies nation wide. However, I frequently present challenging circumstances to these brokers and agencies. I invest in and manage the financing for many pieces of real estate for profit. Lori Williams at REFERRAL MORTGAGE has met all these challenges (seven times in three years) with fearless confidence and professionalism. Besides her integrity, forthrightness, impeccable skills, network of contacts, and her incredible work ethic, probably her next most valuable attribute is that she is local. I place a lot of value in the ability to walk into her office, sit down and hash out details eye to eye, toe to toe and exchange signed documents in person. A person's honesty is much more easily confirmed when you are face to face. Lori, keep making contracts and referrals, because yours are all good!!

TRUSTWOTRHY MORTGAGE AGENT- --- -We looked a long time for a home mortgage agent before we finding Lori at REFERRAL MORTGAGE. She was quick and thorough, but most important, trustworthy. Our situation was complicated which made it difficult for Lori but she tackled the job until we got the unique terms and conditions we needed to fit our unusual situation. We certainly recommend Lori at REFERRAL MORTGAGE to anyone who is looking for an honest and hard working mortgage person.

HONESTY AND INTEGRITY == Lori, the owner of REFERRAL MORTGAGE surprised me. There was no "hard-sell" only very friendly professionalism! I presented her my need and she understood perfectly. She actually listened more like a friend, rather than a broker. We ended up with a decent rate on a package that fixed the problem exactly the way she said it would. We are so pleased, we want others to know about Lori at Referral Mortgage! Thank you, Lori, you are unique!
