User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI usually have good luck finding what I'm looking for and the checkout people are usually friendly as well.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starswent there to pickup an online order today. there were 2 employees (male/female) helping people at customer service. i'm the only one in line. so as soon as the one employee is done, i expect him to help me... WRONG. i guess he was done helping people and just walked away BSing with one of the other employees. after a few mins the female who was helping the other customer finished and was very polite to me.
so i'd just say if you're going to shop here, good luck finding an employee who actually knows what customer service is.
on a side note, the price i got on a tv swivel (from their website) was very good.
