    Very unproffesional from receptionist to administration. They charge you $35 just to get information on aid that they say you an get back if you decide not to go but when you try to get it back they give you the run around. Receptionist hung up on me after saying she didn't want to talk to me after I said "I called a week ago and did not recieve a call back , I do not want to talk to anyone I just want my money back" Very rude of her and unproffesional , seriously, DO NOT GO HERE go to southwest
