First of all, this company was hard to get a hold of to set up an initial appointment. They were recommended by my reception site, which is why I went to them. I signed my contract with them several months before the wedding. About a month before, I realized I needed more linens so I called them and they added them and charged my debit card right away. The day of my wedding they leave my linens outside with a note stating they are "sorry" but had to short me by 40 sashes. They also stated they would reimburse me for those. They also shorted me by 3 table covers (not in letter). We could not get a hold of them at all the day of the wedding to just switch out all sashes and have tried contacting them for the last month. They do not ever answer the phone and will not return my calls. I left very pleasant messages and even went to their place and they will not respond to me. They have horrible service for a wedding business. I would never recommend them to anyone.
I would not recommend L&H to anyone. Every item we rented was in good shape and clean, however, they did not present themselves professionallly. They were very LATE on every delivery, which made the event very stressful! They are hard to get a hold of, especially after you have been waiting for your delivery and set-up hours after they were suppose to be there.
I am an event planner and would ALWAYS check with L&H rental for my needs before going anywhere else. There rental items are always in great shape and their service is top notch. I don't know why anyone would want to go anywhere else but L&H rental. I have used them for over 180 events and NEVER been disappointed.
