User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThanksgiving saved: I stopped in for a rib roast for Thanksgiving just before the store closed on Wednesday. It had quite a bit of fat on the outside and I coated it with pepper, salt, and garlic; the it was very flavorful and tender. This was so much better than a supermarket roast.
