Because of the user below I was a bit hesitant to visit/purchase from this business. However just moving here from the south I had already gone to Mall of India, Mirch Masala, and Indian Grocers however i thought that their customer service and variety was absolutely terrible. I decided i had no choice but to go to this business.

Contrary to the user below:
1.) The service was superb the person seemed to be very knowledgeable about almost everything.
2.) The produce was absolutely amazing and was told to come on thursday evening as that is when they receive it. The other stores had absolutely no variety and theirs were rotten. I cannot see how the user below said that srig had rotten produce.
3.) The price tag thing i can understand but all i did was ask and got the answer.
4.) Not sure about the price mismatch as they have a point of sale system (scanning) unlike some of the other stores who had registers.
5.)I was told that they accept credit cards above $5 not $10.
6.)They may sell pirated dvds, however EVERY single indian/asian grocery store i have been to do the same thing. This store has the courtesy to tell me that the quality is bad or not.

Now i can understand the user below as he had a bad experience which is normal in every business. However the language and way he has expressed this is absurd and i have no idea why he would say such things. The review below caused me to VERY hesitant to visit this business, however after seeing it for myself and visiting EVERY other asian grocery store in the area. I came to the conclusion that this is the best grocery store to shop at because of the variety, knowledge base, and quality of product. Again i was hesitant to purchase from here because of the previous users review, but do not stop yourself from visiting/purchasing from here because after i visited I will go no where else. They were great!!!

I was a regular customer of Sri-g.But recently , me and my friends had very bad experiences with this store.

1. Customer Service is very very poor
2. No price tags on many items.
3. Rotten/unhealthy vegetables.
4. Price mismatch while billing( with Kamlesh always . I think he does it deliberately.)
5. Only accept card above $10 purchse
6.Sell Pirated DVDs/Hindi movies....

Our experiences:

1. My Friend purchased Atta/flour (Sujata brand). Opened the same after 10 days. Color of flour was blackish in color. Went back to the owner and he told us Arrogantly that as this is within expiry date he cannot do anything or refund back the money. and simply denied to help us back.

Now as a customer he should first talk polietly and definately take responsibilities for their product.

2, Day before yesterday , I purchase Haldiram's Sona Cake. Opened after coming back. It was sticky and having bad smell.
Went back to the store with receipt. Again he gave the same excuse. He showed the expiry date and denied the responsibility to take the product back or give replacement one.
Sri-g just know to sell their products but they always denied to take responsibility of their products.They are thief.
Rude *****rds!!!!
We threw the items on his face and decided not to go to his store again.There are other stores like mall of india and Indian Grocers who definately give great service.

So we definately recommend not to go this store , boycot these *****rds.
Try mall of india and Indian Grocers...
We have to unite and teach them a lesson....Please help us...
