Charging for things that never get apply, charging for extra coverage that was denied, but still take the money. A horriable place!! NEVER GO THERE BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

they are SO BAD, buying a car from them is a nightmare. They mess up the paperwork cost you in fees that don't even apply.-

Try not to buy from Joseph Chevrolet, I really needed a car at the time to get me to work. 1) They filled out forms incorrectly, and tried to have my parents sign as the borrowers and me as the co-signer (my folks live out of state), 2) my car was hit by an old woman test driving a huge SUV while on their property--they knew they had to pay for it, but quickly rushed me home and didn't want to pay for my rental car. 3) the salesman was rude. Of course, I was young at the time and they thought they could take advantage of me. A dealership that is only honest with people they Have to be honest with isn't an honest dealer.

Just an FYI for folks. If someone hits you and they're test driving a vehicle from a dealership, it is the person driving the vehicle that is responsible, not the dealership. If you test drive a vehicle you sign a form making you responsible for any accidents, even if you are still on the lot.
