User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWhy I will never eat at this McDonalds again...The majority of the people who work there have zero customer service skills. Maybe this is why their staff seems to turn over on a daily basis. I have never set foot inside the restaraunt, but 9 out of the 10 people I have come into contact with in the drive thru have the personality of a rock. They consistently run out of itmes on the menu, it takes forever to get thru the line, the food may or may not be hot when you finally get it, and you may or may not get what you ordered. I have given this McDonalds several chances to redeem themselves in my eyes, because they are the closest place to eat near where I work, but I draw the line at finding a hair in the bottom of my bag. They are rude and probably wouldn't have cared even if I had complained.
