Excellent service each and every time I was in there. I was in there twice to try on dresses for myself and then again to with several of my bridesmaids. I had great service by everyone in there and a great deal for my dress and everything else that I needed. I got my shoes at another David's Bridal which everyone was wonderful there too! Would recommend to anyone but especially a bride trying to save money!

This was my first time trying on wedding dresses and it wasn't as fun as everyone made it sound thanks to David's Bridal. I went in and started picking out dresses. They then require you to register and they they give you a consultant....except there were none avaliable. There were rooms open but apparently you mucst have someone with you. They said it would be a few min and I thought that was fine. Well after about 20 mins my mom went up and asked if we could get a room. They said their lady was late but on her way. So we waited a little longer and nothing...so my mom approached them again..still nothing. She overheard someone say they consultant was late bc her daughter had to take a test or something. Thats all good and all but would should not have had to wait for her to come in. They should have found a way to make it work..found someone to get us a room. It was about 40 min by the time we got a room..and so called consultant. Except for the consultant didn't really help us at all...so we wait all that time for nothing. They do have good prices but customer service really disappointed me.
