Busam Nissan

I just bought a vehicle 6 months ago from this dealership. The owner personally greeted me during my purchase. I have never met a person more willing to take the time to talk to customers on a daily basis. Two months ago my son wanted to purchase a vehicle. I called my sales rep Joe in Nissan Sales. He put together a list of about ten vehicles that fit my son's budget and needs. Needless to say we again purchased from Busam Nissan. I have had my car in two times for oil changes and both times I was greeted by either my sales rep or the owner while waiting for my oil change. Just the other day my son's vehicle was in an accident. I called Joe and he personally drove over and picked up the vehicle. Talk about making the situation as easy as possible. Within 20 minutes my vehicle was picked up and my son was in another vehicle. I have never seen service like this. I told Joe on the phone yesterday that he has made us Busam Nissan customers for life. I dont care what kind of service I had with my lexus or infiniti, no one has gone out of their way like this dealership has. I recommend others to visit the dealership and to speak with Joe. In my experience I have never been treated with such respect as I have at Busam. I am a Busam Customer for life.

Not so fast: I want there and I have a new Nissan but then they went south on me.

I had my car a week and was plannint to go to the east coast. That day of the trip I pack my car and had it washed. As I started the Trip East (about 1,400 miles) my oil light came on and my cruise control light stay on. I was next to the dealership so I pull in. I told them what was the car was doing and they checked it. After an hour they came back and said they checked it and all was ok. on got on the road and after traveling a short I hit the cruise control and it woudn't go on. I called the dealship and said that I was going 1,400 miles and that the cruise control needed to be working before I come back so I didn't have to drive with my foot on the gas all the way. After all was said and done I got the air and was told that when I got back they would fix it. All they had to say was that they would fix it before I had to made the trip back. No one at Nissan would back there car as to having it fix before I returned.

Next time I will look for a car that they will stand behind.

Best Car Dealer in Cincinnati: Busam Nissan is the best car dealership in Cincinnati. My family and I have bought over a dozen cars from Busam Nissan over the past 20 years. They are absoluty the most friendly and easy to work with dealership that I have ever been in. I recommend all of my friends and family to Busam Nissan because I know that they will be treated fairly and with the absolute most respect.
