Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: I've been going to the Dixie Drive In for over 40 years ! I remember the fireworks every friday night when I was a kid remembering competing with the North Star wich is now Krogers and a strip mall. I and my children played on those old toys , the elephant slide, the see-saws. It is truly a landmark and now when my grandchildren get a year or so older they to will be going with their parents.
Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: I HAVE GONE TO THE DIXIE DRIVE IN THEATRE FOR THE LAST 10YEARS, AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM WHAT SO EVER WITH THE STAFF. EVERYONE IS ALWAYS NICE AND RESPECTFUL. I LOVE THE TWO MOVIES FOR THE PRICE OF ONE BARGAIN. IF THE PREVIOUS POSTER WAS NOT WORRIED ABOUT 50 CENTS WHY DID YOU BRING IT UP. MAYBE IT WAS YOUR ATTITUDE THAT RUBBED EVERYONE THE WRONG WAY. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO TAKE THE WHOLE FAMILY AND HANG OUT.
Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: To the previous person who complained about the price, it says $7.50, that is seven dollars and fifty cents. I have been going there for years and have never had any problems with the staff. I do not know what your beef is, it is still a great deal and a great place to watch a couple of movies and occasionally a good light show if you spot the meteor showers. Chill with the attitude and enjoy the show, or pay $12.00 to sit inside with sticky floors and scratchy chairs and see only one movie.
