This place has awful German food. I was stationed in Germany for 3 years and love Jager Schnitzel and all the German cuisine. This place does not have any authentic German food, it may be authentic for Eastern European, but not anything else. First of all they have a Jager Schnitzel and a Hunter Schnitzel on the menu. The Jager was a veal cut when a schnitzel in general is pork and Jager means Hunter in German. The dish was very sour and the mushroom gravy looked like it came straight out of a can. The spaetzle was over seasoned with herbs and the steamed vegetables were overcooked. The only thing edible was the bread. To add insult to injury the price you pay for the food is kicking you while you are down.
Great place to go when you're tired of the same old stuff that everyone else has. Great European dishes. I HATE sauerkraut, which comes with most of their meals, but they have happily substituted pierogies or potato pancakes every time.
Beautiful atmosphere, too.
Very nice atmosphere. Great service with no waiting time. They take reservations and have a party room. Food was excellent but has a bit of a price tag. Well worth a trip!
