I've never placed an order where the order was right or the fries didn't taste like they were cooked the day before. Whats that all about! All I can say is shame on the supervisiors for letting this go on, you all need to be replaced. Maybe you need to work for the gas stations,like you could do that right!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis McDonalds screws up large orders, and sometimes even small orders with alarming frequency. I did my own little study. I have been through the drive thru 17 times in the last thirty days. I had my order screwed up 15 times. That's around 88% of the time. Another problem is cold food. Generally, the food, especially the fries, are lukewarm when you get it, so unless you are eating it right at the moment they hand it out to you, it's going to be cold by the time you get home. The only fix they offer is for you to come back out to get what they missed, or to send you coupons, there doesn't seem to be any real desire to improve on their service, cause let's face it, they are part of a big corporation, and it's a high volume fast food franchise, so who cares if they have a few unsatisfied customers. I strongly recommend taking your business to some one who may actually care what you think.
