We had a sink clog and called to get a estimate and they sent Jacob over to see what needed to be done! When he arrived in a half hour he was friendly very well mannered and had slips over his shoes to keep our floors clean.
He looked at what needed to be done gave us the setimate and I agreed, he started the job and was done within an hour.
This is the first time I have used Roto-Rooter and now I wont use anyone else but Roto-Rooter! They are 100% professional,They are top notch!-

Sept 28,2009 service call. Ron was prompt, pleasant and provided excellent service. I call Roto-Rooter and ask for Ron because I get consisitently good service and he provides honest answers to my plumbing questions. Tech#3726
