User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsmy wife and i shop at the supercenter in xenia, ohio 2 or 3 times weekly. we know people that work there and have become good friends over the years. anything that is wrong it is taken care of immediately by wal-mart personel. i am concerned about the automotive department of which i have bought things from that department. i bought a small tire for my wheelbarrow and asked them if they would put air in it after i had already mounted it on the rim. the young man at the automotive desk and another young man in the back,( they both were doing nothing at the time), refused to even try. said they didn't have the right equipment to do it. again they never even tried. i spend alot of time and money weekly at the store and will still do so but i think the two young men were just to lazy to do it or try. i went somewhere else and had to have it done. i knew it could be done.

Items checked at exit door: wal mart in Xenia is not customer friendly. After purchasing an item going through check out and receiving a receipt, you are still considered a thief till proven innocent. They must go through your purchases at the exit door to make sure that nothing has been stolen. It would seem that a receipt is all that is necessary to prove that the item was paid for. When I inquired why we had to stop and have our items searched. I was told it is to make sure nothing is stolen.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI love shopping at Wal-Mart: Its the number one place in Xenia to get almost everything you need. It is not a grocery store. But it is a good place to find Holloween costumes, Make-up, toys, Comforters and pillows, music and entertainment such as movies, radios etc., shoes and clothes for kids and adults. An all around great way to spend time and money. Their prices are very reasonable and every where you turn there is always someone there to help you in all your needs!

I agree. Not only in Xiena but at any Wal*Mart. When shpooing at them they do treat you like a criminal. When you are stopped at the door i do not like being called,HEY YOU, I am a paying customer and I should be treated with respect. I do understand that people steal from them but treat all your customers bad. Best thing to do is stop shopping at them.
