Prompt, curtious, and excellent service: I have had the pleasure of doing business with this company since it had opened. At first, I would take my old computer there to keep it alive. After it had died and went on to computer heaven, I was faced with having to buy another computer. I looked around at other stores, like Best Buy, Office Depot, Walmart, Kmart, etc., but I always found myself coming back to Computer Upgrade. The management is so nice, helpful, and always there to answer questions. I still have my rough spots with my computer.........who doesn't, but I can say that all I have to do is pick up the phone and call........and CUSL is right there to help me through my rocky storm. If I had to do it all over again, I would continue to buy and have my computer serviced by this small, but great company.
