User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsA+ Customer Service: I stopped in today 7-30, looking for a specific type and model in mind of van that I wanted...I sadly did not find the van I was looking for...but I did find super customer service! The salesman's name was Jerry Melvin. As I was leaving, I went over to get a free hot dog and can of pop that Smedley was giving away, and again was given unusually great customer service.
I don't know if Mr. Melvin will be able to find me a van, but I know I will tell many people of the exceptional service I recieved today! JG
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsbuying a new car: I recently bought a new car from Smedley's Chevrolet the sales person was very kind and professional. I had my car go for extra parts, that took over a week. They were not able to let me know when my car was to be finished, I had to make all the phone calls conserning my vechile because they were to busy. This to me represents poor customer service and care towards the customer. I mean it is not like a bought a pair of two dollar socks, I bought a new car.
