User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI haven't been in the Library for 15 years. I was thoroughly impressed by the assistance I received at both the check-out and reference desks. In fact, the person at the reference desk brought me to the section and got the book I was looking for. I donât know what went on with those that had a negative experience. It must have been an anomaly.
