Was looking to buy a new scion, went there and waited in the show room for 10 minutes looking for someone to help me, they were not busy at all and 3 of the salesmen were sitting and chatting with each other and have a good old time. Finally I had to approach a sales man to help me, who seemed like he wasn't doing anything, and he told me that he would help me in a minutes, well about 10 minutes later after no help, I just got fed up and went to Airport Toyota, just wasted about 20 minutes of my time. Buy the way, Airport Toyota was much better, and much cleaner, everyone was very courteous and polite, a way a car dealership should be, and i bought a new car from them that day. Anyways long story short, i had a horrible experience at Voss Toyota Scion, and even though i live close to them, i would never go there again.
My Mother was in an accident and her car was totalled. Her car was older but she took excellant care of it. She went to Voss Toyata Used Cars and explained that due to being on a fixed budget she needed a dependable car. She was told that the car she ultimately ended up buying had been "checked out from bumper to bumper", and that the salesman (as well as Voss') reputation was "on the line". Turned out to be lies. The engine had been cleaned to hide an extensive oil leak, the car was always started and brought to her to hide a bad belt (these were just two of the problems with the car). She was never offered a CarFax or an extended warranty, nor was there a sticker on the window to give info on the car (as required by law). My sister asked them to "make it right" with her and was told more lies. I would NOT recommend ANYONE buy a used car from them and would be leary to recommend a new one due to the service department.

I had the same experience. My wife and I walked around on the lot looking at new and slightly used (about 40 miles on the odometer) Yaris's for about 30 minutes without a single salesman approaching. Very unusual for a car dealership. Not being able to find a salesman on a car dealer's lot is very unusual. Why don't they want to sell cars?
