User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsnot ever have i had such bad service in a fast food reataurant than this, waited in the drive thru 20 min. all the while there were many employees comeing out to smoke that was not the problem! the problem was that if i'm sitting in your drive thru for 20 mins and my food is all messed up why are the employees takeing break's? in my job my customers come first but i guess that is not the case here. word of mouth hurts a fast food chain bussiness and i will tell all of my family friends and co-workers not to visit this place again. this is the sec time wendys has messed up on my order there will not be a 3rd and as for rateing you ARE YOU KIDDING ME 000000

No stars...I won't visit this place again. Haven't been there for a while - thought I would give them another chance. My mistake. I'm allergic to the ingredients in mayo....asked for my sandwich to be without. Found it on my sandwich anyhow. Wasted my money. Not happy.
